Muotoiluasemalla ideoimme, ratkomme ongelmia ja kehitämme tuotteista tehokkaasti ja edullisesti valmistettavia, visuaalisesti korkeatasoisia ja asiakasystävällisiä käyttää. Meillä on pitkä kokemus niin pienissä kuin suuremmissakin sarjoissa valmistettavien tuotteiden suunnittelusta.
Olemme monipuolinen muotoilutoimisto. Suunnittelemme kalusteita, teollisuuslaitoksia, myymälöitä, graafista ja pakkaussunnittelua. Suunnitelmat esitämme visualisointeina, prototyyppeinä tai konsepteina.
Muotoilutoimeksiantona voi olla niin pienyrityksen pieninä sarjoina valmistettava tuote kuin teollisuudessa massatuotantona valmistettava sarja. Muotoiluasemalla suunnittelemme laadukkaita ja käytännöllisiä tuotteita, joissa yhdistyy nykyaikainen muotokieli ja tekniikka.
Konseptisuunnittelulla tarjotaan yritykselle tulevaisuuden tuotteita, tuotelaajennuksia tai uusia tuotelinjoja.
Suunnittelemme toiminnalliset myymälät, jotka räätälöidään aina asiakkaan toivomusten mukaisiksi. Samalla muotoilemme uuteen myymälään tehokkaat ja toimivat myymäläkalusteet sekä valmistamme ja asennamme ne puolestanne.
Havainnollistamme tuotteet ja suunnitelmat visualisoimalla ne nopeassa ajassa nykyaikaisilla suunnitteluvälineillä- ja ohjelmistoilla. Toteutamme suunnitelmistamme laadukkaat 3D-esityskuvat ja tasokkaat esitykset, joiden avulla asiakkaan on helppo valita vaihtoehdoista hänelle sopivin suunnitelma.
Huonekalusuunnittelu on meille arkipäivää niin kodin huonekalujen kuin myymälä- ja julkitilakalusteidenkin puolelta. Kalusteet suunnitellaan ergonomisiksi, kustannustehokkaiksi sekä modulaarisiksi. Tarvittaessa suunnittelemme kokonaisia tuoteperheitä kodin eri tiloja varten.
Tuotteiden pinnan viimeistelevän grafiikan lisäksi suunnittelemme niiden pakkaukset ja esittelygrafiikat. Suunnittelemme myös yritysilmeen elementit, kuten logot, yritystunnukset ja esitteet sekä tarpeen mukaan kokonaan uuden yritysilmeen graafisen ohjeiston kera. Uuden ilmeen pohjalta voidaan suunnitella myös yksilölliset www-sivut sekä näyttely- tai messuosasto.
Mekaniikkasuunnittelu on osa elektroniikkalaitteiden suunnittelua. Kehitämme asiakkaallemme teknisesti laadukkaat sekä käytännölliset tuotteet, jotka ovat edullisesti ja tehokkaasti valmistettavissa. Tuotteen valmistettavuus ja kokoonpantavuus otetaan huomioon jo tuotteen ulkomuodon luonnosteluvaiheessa suunnittelemalla tuotteeseen sopivat liitosmenetelmät ja materiaalit. Suunnittelemme tuotteet turvallisiksi käyttää ja ympäristöä vähemmän kuormittaviksi kansainvälisten standardien mukaisesti.
Huonekalujen suunnittelun yhteydessä teknisen suunnittelun avulla saadaan tuotteesta helpommin valmistettava ja materiaaleja säästävä. Puusepän teollisuuden ja sen konekantojen tuntemus helpottavat ja nopeuttavat sunnittelua.
Cost Reduction-suunnittelulla tuotteen uudelleenmuotoilun yhteydessä optimoidaan sen valmistuskustannukset vaatimusten mukaiseksi. Optimointiprojektit voidaan aloittaa jo ennen kuin varsinainen tuotekehitysprojekti on päätetty.
Valmistamme tuotteiden prototyyppit sekä lopulliset tuotteet. Erityisesti kodin kalusteiden ja myymälöiden suuret modulaariset kalustekokonaisuudet valmistetaan ja asennetaan tarvittaessa paikoilleen. Selvitämme suunniteltavaa tuotetta koskevat standardit ja teetämme vaadittavat testaukset protyypeillä. Valmistamme tuotteet yhteistyökumppaneidemme kanssa tai etsimme niille valmistajan.

We design functional stores, which are always tailor-made according to the wishes of the clients. At the same time, we design efficient and practical store furniture for new stores and prepare and install these for you.
We visualise our illustrative products and designs promptly using modern design tools and software. We realise our designs with high quality 3d-presentation pictures and presentations, through which it is easy for the client choose the correct design for them from the alternatives.
The design of home furniture is a daily task for us, in regards to both home furniture and furniture for stores and public premises. The furniture is designed ergonomically, cost effectively and modularly. When required, we can design whole product families for the different premises of homes.
In addition to the finishing surface graphics of products, we also design their packaging and presentation graphics. We also design the elements involved in company appearances, such as logos, trademarks and presentations plus, according to needs, whole new company appearances with graphical directions. From the base of the new appearance, individual www-pages and exhibition and trade fair stands can also be designed.
Mechanical design is part of the design of electronics apparatus. We develop practical products for our clients that are of a high technically quality, which are advantageous and efficiently manufactured. The manufacture and assemblage of the product is already taken into account of during the product’s drafting stage, by planning suitable joining methods and materials for the products. We design products that are safe to use and so that their burden on the environment is a low as possible, in accordance to international standards.
In connection with the design of furniture, the technical design saves on the amount of materials used and results in products that are easier to manufacture. The cabinetmakers industrial know-how and expertise with the machines used both ease and quicken the design.
The Cost-Reduction design, in connection with the re-design of the product, optimises the manufacturing costs in accordance to demands. The optimisation projects can already begin before the official product development project has finished.
We manufacture product prototypes and final products. Furniture for homes and the large modular furniture entities for stores are particularly prepared and installed, when required, at the final location. We clarify the relevant standards for the manufactured products and perform the required tests using prototypes. We manufacture the products together with our co-operation partners or search for additional manufacturers.
Design Station Ltd has been chosen as a specialist by, among others, the City of Oulu, Oulu 15, Central-Finland Employment and Economic Development Centre, the Feeniks-project and Centria. Through the projects, the realised commissions are provided with up to 50% financial assistance towards the sum of the completed assignment. In so far as you belong to the sphere of the projects, you could therefore even cover half of the design costs of your commissioned work.
